Hey there.
I've been wanting to farm in sietung harbor.
I mostly do this with a partner of lvl 20 with the correct build.
Since I'm lvl 9 on the char.
Now my question is is their any build for farming there where I don't need any skill from a title?

Yes, excellent feather farmer is fire ele like this:

Fire Magic 16
Energy 11
Inspiration Magic 8

Glyph of Restoration
Double Dragon
Flame Burst
Flame Djinn's Haste
Inferno
Aura of Restoration
Fire Attunement
Physical Resistance

Normal Mode Only, about 100 feathers per run. Run by the Yeti or sneak by them. They do not drop feathers.

Look up "feather farming seitung" on youtube and down a bit is one called Feather Farm - Super Fast that shows this build in action with a 2x speedup.

Another video shows a very different ele build, still just standard skills, with a monk secondary. This one is a bit slower, but can also take down the Yeti efficiently if for some perverse reason you want to.

i prefer a spirit spammer and run from LA to bergens. i get bout 125 feathers per run and avg time for me is 14 min. heck of alot easier then the ele farm since all you do is run in cast your hex and summon spirits and then let the spirits do the work.

I find this works alot better and faster and can take on 4 mobs easy...And I can take on in HM as well

Good luck getting a level 9 character to meet either set of stats. Honestly, get yourself to level 20 before worrying about doing any kind of solo farming.
